- Keep your alcohol intake down
- Keep your blood cholesterol at optimum levels
- Keep your blood pressure at safe levels
- Lose weight
- Maintain a healthy body weight
- Expose yourself to less stress
- Learn how to manage stress

Thanks for the reminder, dear!!! I don't smoke, try to have balanced diet (which is hard as mostly I eat out) and exercise. As for other points, it is all link back to Point 1 - 4. :0
