Custard Dessert

I love this custard pudding which I had during Chinese New Year.

Custard is usually cooked in a double boiler or microwave, or heated very gently in a saucepan on a stove, though custard can also be steamed, baked in the oven with or without a hot water bath, or even cooked in a pressure cooker. Custard preparation is a delicate operation, because a temperature increase of 5–10 °F (3-6 °C) leads to overcooking and curdling. Generally, a fully-cooked custard should not exceed 80 °C; it begins setting at 70°C. A water bath slows heat transfer and makes it easier to remove the custard from the oven before it curdles.

Fitline

Wenn and I met up in Indulgence for our breakfast for the first time one fine Sunday morning last year. The first thing I noticed about her was her youthful and vibrant look. When she told me that she has grown up kids, I was like "in awe" for a moment. Wow... How did she manage to look so young with grown up kids? Amazing as it seems, she then told me about her secret... Fitline!

First time I heard of Fitline and first time I tasted it on that very day too. It is not milk based, (thank goodness), just a slight flavored drink that consists of vitamins and minerals. But what I can tell here is after drinking it consistently everyday, I feel very fresh and energized, not only that, I do not feel hungry nor sleepy as well!

Then I did an experiment on myself, my Fitline ration was finished three weeks ago. From then on, I felt very lethargic and tired.... thus the "napping" and sleepy time during office hours. I think I am deprived of vitamins and minerals from Fitline...

It is expensive no doubt but the effects are worth the price... Keep fit and young through Fitline...

Sky above Putra Mosque

The Putra Mosque, or Masjid Putra in Malay language, is the principal mosque of Putrajaya, Malaysia. Construction of the mosque began in 1997 and was completed two years later. It is located next to Perdana Putra which houses the Malaysian Prime Minister's office and man-made Putrajaya Lake. In front of the mosque is a large square with flagpoles flying Malaysian states' flags.

Watery Batu Caves

Batu Caves is a an iconic and popular tourist attraction in Selangor.

Site of a Hindu temple and shrine, Batu Caves attracts thousands of worshippers and tourists, especially during the annual Hindu festival, Thaipusam.

A limestone outcrop located just north of Kuala Lumpur, Batu Caves has three main caves featuring temples and Hindu shrines.

Its main attraction is the large statue of the Hindu God at the entrance, besides a steep 272 climb up its steps to finally view the stunning skyline of the city centre.

Pure Flower

Captured these flowers at the National Monument.

Like freshly fallen snow, the finest of lace or the drama of a wedding dress, the singular beauty of white flowers is simplicity itself. The epitome of sophistication, a white-on-white floral gift conveys elegance and reverence with a timeless grace all its own.
